Santa Fe Dreamers Project originally began in the public schools in Santa Fe, working with undocumented youth and their families to meet their legal goals to support their education and future careers. Today we continue to provide a wide range of services for immigrant youth, including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), DACA, humanitarian visas, certificates of citizenship, and more. We also provide representation in family court and immigration court for undocumented young people applying for SIJS, in addition to representation with US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
If you or someone in your care needs legal representation with these issues, please sign up for a consultation using our online scheduler below. We’re here to discuss your options with you.
If you work with immigrant youth in the community as an educator, social worker, or social services provider, and you’d like to make a direct referral to our organization, please use theCommunity Referral Form. We also are happy to provide on-site consultations or presentations for students at schools or other partner agencies, as well as provide training to other community agencies on immigration issues impacting immigrant youth. If you are interested in collaborating more closely with SFDP in your school, organization, or program, please contact us at info@santafedreamersproject.org. We’d love to connect!
