5,437 total legal cases opened representing individuals and families in immigration matters
2,980 DACA applications and advance parole applications for DACA recipients
321 applications for naturalization and citizenship
449 applications for family-based immigration (including removal of conditions for spouses of US citizens)
293 applications for humanitarian protections such as residency based on the Violence Against Women Act, U Visas for victims of violent crime, and T Visas for survivors of human trafficking
179 matters related to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, a form of protection for immigrant youth who have been abused, abandoned or neglected by one or both of their parents
525 matters for individuals seeking asylum, including everything from advocacy entering the US during the border closure due to Title 42, direct representation in their asylum cases, appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, bond and parole requests, and other asylum-related immigration legal services.
Hundreds of consultations and general services including green card renewals, work permit applications, changes of address, and other general legal services for immigrants throughout New Mexico and West Texas.
